Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are sent Standard Post within Canada for $15 and should be received in 7-10 days.
International shoppers should contact us for a shipping and delivery quote.
Free pickup for items at Aseniwuche Environmental Corp. in Grande Cache.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes, but they are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Order hasn't arrived when it should have.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't
be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, and it is at least one week past the expected delivery date, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Returned by the shipping carrier
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it will be returned to the default return address. We will contact you to arrange
Wrong or Damaged Product
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at within a weeks' time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
If an item you want to purchase is temporarily out of stock, you may still be able to order it and reserve the next available stock if an order is being made in the next month. If no order is being made, you can choose a different color or item, or have your order refunded.
Caribou Patrol currently doesn’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
