Orders are being submitted on November 8th and will be shipped as soon as we receive them. You do not need to pre-order to get this product, once it is in stock it can be ordered like any other product.
NOTE: The red in the image is NOT the red of the sweater, the color will be more of a red/gray, almost pink.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are sent Standard Post within Canada for $15 and should be received in 7-10 days.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes, but they are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
Damages
Caribou Patrol is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Backordered Items
If an item you want to purchase is temporarily out of stock, you may still be able to order it and reserve the next available stock if an order is being made in the next month. If no order is being made, you can choose a different color or item, or have your order refunded.
Unworn, unwashed, and unused items may be able to be returned or exchanged. Contact us with your specifics and we will do what we can.
